This certainly seems to be the year of the vampire! More and more books and movies are being produced about these creatures of the night! And the latest is The Twilight Series - Eclipse!
Whenever a book or movie gains huge popularity, invariably a whole line of merchandise comes out, the most popular being t-shirts. You can't help but notice the trend with the Twilight t-shirts, they are VERY popular right now.

A couple of simple ‘tricks’ to help you eat less!
I was out for lunch today with a friend, someone who is currently going through the Triumph! Weight Coaching, so I took the opportunity to show her a few of my eating ‘tricks’ in action!
Self-portrait
Chances are, somewhere in your home you have a picture or a portrait of yourself that is framed and hanging on a wall or sitting on a shelf somewhere. You probably picked this picture because you liked how you looked in it, and you may occasionally stop and have a good look at it, and think about the time or event when it was taken.
Did you know that there exists another self-portrait that only you can see? And that whether you realize it or not, you refer to this portrait many, many times a day?
