Here’s what you will learn:
The ideas and concepts presented in Why Are You Weighting? are unlike anything you’ve tried before. Focusing on the food (as in dieting) will never manage your weight in the long-term, because it doesn’t address why you feel the need to overeat in the first place. If you don’t look at why you eat, once the diet is over, you will revert back to your old methods, and the weight will slowly and surely come right back again. You must get to the bottom of your need to overeat, and then find other ways of dealing, (other than eating) in order to achieve, and permanently maintain your new, lower weight. In other words, you need to determine why YOU are weighting?
