“Triumph! Over Your Weight” Coaching


The Triumph! Coaching program is about revelation, and shifting the belief systems you hold that have kept you trapped in an overweight body. Triumph! has been designed to accompany whatever weight reduction program you may be following, and it can also be followed even if you have achieved your ideal weight, to ensure you stay there permanently.

Triumph! covers 15 weeks of coaching, each week building on the week before. At the end of the 15 weeks, you will emerge as a new version of yourself, a version that can easily do what needs to be done to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.

Beliefs are not facts, contrary to what some people may tell you.  Learn how to transform your beliefs into a secret weapon for weight success.

Week 6: The Power of Visualization
Super athletes have been using the power of visualization for decades, but they kept its power a secret. Learn all about this power for yourself, so you can use this incredible tool too!

Week 7: Building Self-Esteem
Learn how to build more self-esteem into your life.

Week 8: Congratulations! You’re at The Half-Way Point
A review of the previous eight weeks, to really cement the concepts and lay the foundation for all your future successes!

Week 9: What are You Afraid Of?
Everyone has fears, that’s part of being human. This week we’ll unlock the shackles that have held you overweight!

Week 10: Facing Your Fears!
Now that you know what your fears are, it’s time to let them go so that you are unstoppable!

Each Triumph! coaching group is limited to 5 people, who will meet with me on the phone via a conference call once per week. (These calls will be recorded and can be replayed during the week.) Each week will have follow up assignments that you will receive via email to ensure you are able to really cement the concepts and immediately put them into action.
